Terms and conditions of AWorkload serivce use

Disclaimer

It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully because by using AWorkload service and any related products or services, you will be deemed to have accepted them. The fact of you using AWorkload service or any related products or services as a person or as organization means you agreed to our terms and conditions.
AWorkload service said here means any service provided by following resources while they remain in our effective posession : aworkload.com, aworkload.co.nz, theworkload.com, theworkload.co.nz and any related websites.

AWorkload service provided to you is acceptde by you "as is" and there is no promise or guarantee that any kind of your expectations are going to be met by authors or proprietors of this resource.
You are an adult person of at least 18 yeasr old and you do take full resposiblitiy, liability and ownership of all your actions as a User of our service and participant in any related actions.
You use our service at your own risk and at your own resposibility for as long as you happy to use it and we are happy to provide it to you. You are free to stop using our service at any moment without any prior notification. We are free to terminate our service to you at any moment and without any special notice.
We do not take any responsibility for loss of the data you keep in AWorkload service related media nor for any cosequential loss either. We offer backup solutions for you, however it is your own resposibility to keep your backup copies safe not ours.
We do not take any resposibility for the absence of service. No matter how important it is for you to have our service - we provide it when it is possible and we are not resposible for when it is not. We offer different ways of hosting our service application and it is your resposibility to provide necessary means for hosting uninterruptible and reliable service access if you need it. We only offer help but it remains your resposibility at any moment.
We only charge your account for services and products which we already delivered to you and you received in full. You can pay your account to keep us happy to provide you with further products and services however you are free not to pay it. The fact of your payment toward your AWorkload account balance or any other charges is your agreement that you are happy with services and products you received by the time of payment. No further obligations are created for neither you or us by the fact of payment or charge. It always stays on a grounds of completely free will for both you and us.
Any money you pay or paid to us are not refundable unless we specifically agreed to refund it.
Any content you post to AWorkload service is your personal responsibility not of the service host, service itself or its proprietors. Any text, files or any other information on any media which may be a subject of copyright or other laws and regulations are stored and supplied by AWorkload service at complete resposibility of those who supplied them to AWorkload service initially. We do not take any resposibility for the content supplied by our users in any form nor way. It is your resposibility as a user to make sure you do not break any law or equivalent regulation by supplying any information to AWorkload service.

Personal use and you as a User

As a part of our service we differentiate between personal use and use by organisation. We keep records of our physical users in single instance global database along with some records related to User as individual independent of his (or her) current occupation, employment or other situation.
We intend to keep our service for individual users free, however we reserv our right to charge for some parts of our service to individual Users if it will be necessary.
We do not take resposibility for any personal data you submit to AWorkload service. If you however become in posession of any personal data as result of AWorkloas service custom it is your personal responsibility to keep it safe and not allow using it against will of those who it may be related to.
We want to make it clear that we do not take or have any obligations before you as a User and we provide you with our service or products only at our cortesy. We reserv ourselves right to refuse to provide our service to you as an individual at any moment and without any prior notice or explanation.

Use by organization

We allow any user to have organizational accounts in AWorkload system. Each account essencially is a separate physical database and separate web domain name which have single user who we call Account Owner. Account Owner is a User of AWorkload service.
Account Owner has special administrative rights and extended access to content of Account database. Account Owner is responsible for content of the database and other information stored as a part of Account. Account Owner's relations to other Users visiting web pages related to Account is responsibility of Account Owner and those users themselves. We do not have any resposibility or intention to be a part of these relations in any way. Account Owner can grant or deny an access to any individual User for his Account content or services related to it. We only supply means for that to Account Owner, not making any decisions.
Any individual User is also free to visit or not visit web pages related to any AWorkload Account.
As Account Owner and Administrator you have special access to database which may contain personal data of Users who is also involved by using AWorkload service with regards to your account. It is your resposibility to keep Users personal data safe and prevent it use against those Users will. We do not take responsibility for personal data which is stored on AWorkload service database and can potentially be used by other people who have access to it.

We do not allow

use of AWorkload service for any adult content, pornography, abusive or offensive materials or material which use in relation to AWorkload service may break copyright law or any equivalent to law regulations. If we find that any information on your account is abusive, offensive, adult-related or inacceptible in any other way we may insist on removal it or simply enforce it by any means we find available including complete ban of related user from our service.
use of our service as hosting for personal data. If we find that your use of our service is purely for keeping your information in our storage we will terminate our service to you.
use of our serivce for unsolicited messaging, spam and exceeding advertisment.
