We keep records of AWorkload registered Users and related data for free.
|

|
|
Apart from User registration record itself User can have Accounts. We currently allow User to have one Account. Shell you need second Account - please make an enquiry and explain yourself, we may make an exception for you.
All Accounts are initially FREE and they remain free untill they rich threshold on certain conditions.

Currently conditions on which Account turns from FREE to BASIC and starts being charged are:
- 3 or more users are involved in Account and Account exists for longer then 8 weeks (approximately 2 months)
It means that for your personal needs like day to day TODOs etc you can use AWorkload service for free. You use our service for free for family busyness if there are only two more people apart from yourself as Account Owner are involved in it. Activities larger then that we consider to be serious enough for charge.
Please note! We count what we call "peak-number" for Users involved. It means that if at any moment of time within period of charge there were say 10 Users involved in Account and by the end of the period there are only 5 left we still charge for 10. For the next charge period this number drops to what it is at the beginning of new period.
When Account is BASIC we put the following charges on it

For up to 50 Users we charge $10 New Zealand Dollar per each involved User per month. For each next user we charge on a next scale (below).

For more then 50 but up to 250 Users we charge $7 New Zealand Dollar per each involved User per month. For each next user we charge on a next scale (below).

|
For more then 250 but up to 500 Users we charge $5 New Zealand Dollar per each involved User per month. For each next user we charge on a next scale (below).

For more then 500 but up to 1000 Users we charge $3 New Zealand Dollar per each involved User per month. For each next user we charge on a next scale (below).

For more then 1000 Users we charge $1 New Zealand Dollar per each involved User per month.

We also offer some extra services which are causing charges individually. Costs of that charges and their periods are displayed at the point of their presentation to you.
